We will send you an email, or in some cases call you, when your order is ready for pick-up in one of our distribution centres. When you pick up your order, you must show your original paper or electronic receipt.
Make sure that the vehicle you use to pick up your order can safely transport merchandise in its original packaging. Warranties apply on products that leave our distribution centre in their original packaging. Souris Mini cannot be held responsible if merchandise cannot be loaded into vehicles due to its size and/or weight.
Once your order is ready, you have 10 business days to pick it up; otherwise, we will cancel your order. If your order is cancelled for this reason, a fee of 15% of the total original cost will be charged. We will credit the remaining amount using the same payment method used for the initial purchase.

Accessories and other lightweight merchandise are sent via standard delivery with Nationex and Canada Post. Shipping fees are set based on the type of product, weight and size. The final price, including shipping, are displayed in your cart before you confirm your order. In-store pickup is also available.
Orders sent by Nationex and Canada Post are delivered from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Orders with Canada Post will be delivered to your home. If you are not at home, Canada Post will leave a note; you will be able to pick up the package at your local post office. Orders with Nationex will be delivered and left at your home in a secure area (a secure area is the first dry place found at your home). No signature is required.
Souris Mini reserves the right to contact you if your delivery address or order size cannot be accommodated by standard delivery.
We offer a home delivery service for larger items for the fixed price of $85. If you select this option, Nationex, our partner, will contact you to schedule an appointment. Please note that all furniture must be delivered using this service if you do not select the option to pick up your order at one of our distribution centres.
In most cases, our products are delivered unassembled. Delivery personnel are not responsible for unpacking or assembling any merchandise. Delivery personnel are not responsible for removing cardboard or any other packaging.
If you are away, our carrier reserves the right to determine whether or not it will leave your order at your home. The package will be left in a secure area (a secure area is the first dry place found at your home). If the package is not delivered, the carrier will leave you a small card to indicate where you can pick up your order at a location Nationex sorting centre. It is your responsibility to contact the carrier in order to arrange for another delivery. Additional delivery fees will apply.
In the event your furniture order required a maximum shipment date, we will be happy to deliver clothing and small items within 5 to 10 business days without any extra cost.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we accept products exchanges or returns under the following conditions:
You can return decorative accessories, bed linen and small products in any one of our stores that sells our Home collection* or by sending an email to [email protected] to make the necessary arrangements. Please clearly indicate the merchandise you wish to return and the reason. For furniture delivered using one of our carriers, a fee of 15% of the total original cost will be charged.
Under no circumstance will returns of heavy furniture or accessories be accepted in our stores.
Have you carefully looked in the box? With some of our merchandise, hardware and small parts are affixed on an inside corner of the box. Please make sure you check all of the packaging before you recycle or throw it out. If you are missing any hardware or parts, we apologize! Please contact our Customer Service team at [email protected] and we will be more than happy to help you! We’ll ship any missing parts to your home free of charge.
Our packaging has been tested and certified for home delivery. However, it may occur that orders have been damaged during shipment. This is unfortunately beyond our control. Nationex, our carrier, takes great care to ensure that your order arrives fully intact; the signature given on the delivery terminal attests to the quality of the received package. If you deem that your package has been unduly damaged, make sure you indicate this when you sign the delivery person’s terminal. When you unpack your order, make sure no merchandise is damaged.
