Ask a consultant at a Souris Mini store for your Privilege card or add the card to your cart online. If you become a member in-store, it is important to use the same email address as the one used for your Souris Mini online account. Otherwise, you will not be able to enjoy your privileges.
The Privilege card is offered free of charge.
The Privilege card is automatically renewed each year with no fees.
You should normally receive an email confirmation in the 48 hours following your subscription to the program. Make sure you have not opted out of the Souris Mini newsletter, in which case you would not be able to receive a confirmation, nor be informed of your privileges by email. Sign up again for the newsletter, if this is the case.
A minimum amount of $10 must be reached at the time the rewards card is issued (equivalent to 500 points). If the $10 minimum is not reached, the amount will continue to accumulate until the next issuance. The total of purchases excludes taxes.
All purchases made in-store and online will be accumulated, with the exception of gifts cards.
Your rewards card is valid in all of our stores and online for 6 months. Note that this period includes the date on which the points were converted into your rewards card and includes the time required to prepare your rewards card.
Your points will be indicated on your invoice for all in-store purchases as well as in your account on our online store. Keep in mind that it takes up to 24 hours for your points to be adjusted in your online account.
It is normal that your points are at 0 during the period in which the rewards cards are being made. From the time your rewards card is issued, you will start earning points again on all new purchases for the next card. The rewards cards are issued at a fixed date. The accumulation of 500 points does not mean a card will be automatically shipped to you. You will continue to earn points until your card is issued.
Yes, once your Souris Mini account has been created, you simply need to open a session at the moment your finalize each transaction at sourismini.com.
The points earned from the returned merchandise will be substracted from your account.
When you join the program, you will be informed by email throughout the year of the advantages to which you are entitled. According to the terms and conditions of each privilege, you will be able to enjoy these in-store and/or online. Privileges may vary in-store and online. To enjoy your privileges in-store, present your card at the cash register. To enjoy your privileges online, sign into your customer account.
Yes. By adding the Privilege card to your cart, you will earn temporary Privilege customer status, allowing you to immediately enjoy the current privilege. Please note that you will need to create your customer account before your can finalize your order, if you haven’t already create done so.
When you purchase the Privilege card online, your Privilege customer status will be temporary, until your order has been processed by our system, in order for you to immediately enjoy the current privilege.
Yes. Your Privilege card will be connected to your customer account 24 hours after you join in-store.
The email address you have used to join the Program must be the same as the one used in your Souris Mini account. In this instance, you will not be able to enjoy your privileges online. To remedy the situation, simply get in touch with our customer service at [email protected] to provide the correct email.
Our sales consultants have in-store access, upon your request, to your profile in order for you to enjoy your privileges. You simply need to provide the email address or phone number associated to your profile.
You may cancel your Privilege card at any time. You may do so by going to a store or getting in touch with our Customer Service at [email protected]

This card confers to its holder the advantages of Souris Mini inc.’s Privilege Program. This is not a credit, nor a debit card. It is not redeemable for cash, nor transferable and can only be used by its holder. The Terms and Conditions can be modified at any time without prior notice.
