CANADA

SHIPPING - $50 OR MORE ORDER: $4.95

For all orders of $50 or more before taxes, a shipping and handling fee of $4.95 applies.

SHIPPING - LESS THAN $50 ORDER: $9.95

For orders under $50, a shipping and handling fee of $9.95 applies.

FREE PICKUP IN STORE

The pickup in store is free on all orders.

MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

For orders that need to be split into multiple boxes or shipments, we will charge the shipping and handling fees only to the first package.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery is usually made within 5 to 10 business days. Please allow up to 12 business days for delivery to remote areas.

**Be aware that during promotional periods such as Black Friday, Boxing Day or any other important event, delivery times can stretch to 15 business days due to the volume of orders to process.

CARRIER

Orders are shipped across Canada through Nationex or Canada Post, the carrier is determined based on your region. Canada Post will leave the package at your nearest post office if nobody is home at the time of delivery. In this case, a notice card will be placed in your mailbox with the necessary information to collect your package. No signature is required upon delivery to the address on the purchase order, but a valid photo ID is required at the post office to pick up your package. You will receive a confirmation email from Nationex or Canada Post with a tracking number when your order is shipped.

CANADA POST LABOUR DISRUPTION

As of September 25, 2025, Canada Post has entered into an indefinite strike. To ensure reliable and fast service, all online orders are now shipped through alternative carriers.

Orders already shipped with Canada Post: If your parcel is still awaiting delivery, you may place a new order. It will be shipped quickly through another carrier. We will refund your original order as soon as it is delivered.
Free in-store pickup: Still available and the best option to receive your purchases without delay.
Regions served exclusively by Canada Post: In certain isolated cases, we cannot ship with another carrier. Your order will be delivered once Canada Post service resumes.

Online Returns
Due to the strike, mail-in returns are temporarily unavailable. Please submit your return request within the usual timeframe: your return label will be sent to you, and you may ship your parcel once Canada Post resumes operations. Returns remain available in-store.

FREE EXCHANGES & RETURNS

Items purchased online can be returned, free of charge, within 15 days following the date of receipt of your order, except final sale items and exclusions. See Exchanges and returns page for all the details.

UNITED STATES

Shipping to the United States is currently suspended.

Delivery to the United States is unavailable for an indefinite period. Thank you for your understanding. For any questions, please contact us at serviceclientele@sourismini.com.

SHIPPING

A flat fee of $14.95 will be charged automatically for each order. This shipping charge does not apply to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands and APO/FPO addresses (military or naval post office). Please contact us for the applicable rate in these situations.

TAXES AND CUSTOMS

MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

For an online order requiring multiple shipping packages, shipping and handling will be charged only for the first package shipped.
