Before making an online transaction, Souris Mini invites you to carefully read the online purchase terms and conditions section. By purchasing an item on the Souris Mini online store, you adhere to the online purchase terms and conditions.

PRODUCTS

Unless otherwise stated, all products displayed on our website are also available in our stores in Canada.

While we have made every effort to present the products as accurately as possible, we cannot guarantee that the colour representation on your computer screen is accurate. However, the description of the product and its composition and maintenance can help you in your choice.

ORDERS

Your Order

You can view and learn about each item at the online store before adding them to your shopping cart. The available sizes are shown on each product page, and a size guide is provided to help you choose the desired size. When you want to buy an item, select the size, quantity and then click on “Add to cart.” If you want to change the contents of your shopping cart, you can do so at any time. Once your online shopping is completed and you have checked your order, click on “Proceed to checkout” to proceed with the payment.

Wish List

Use the wish list to share items with your family and friends that you would like to receive as gifts for a birth, anniversary or any other special event for your child. However, you must create an account on the Souris Mini website to use this function.

To help you with your online shopping, you can create multiple wish lists and customize each one with as many different item selections as you like.

To add items to your wish list, choose the product, select the size, quantity and then click on “Add to wish list.” You can then print your Wish List or email it to the person of your choice.

You can also use the wish list for future purchases without having to return to the online store. When you leave and return to the website, all items added to your wish list can be transferred to your shopping cart, provided that you are logged into your Souris Mini account. You must update your basket to check that the articles are still available at the online store.

Order Review

You can check and modify your shopping cart as many times as you want before proceeding with your payment.

Product Availability

In the event that one or many purchased items are no longer available, we will send you an email to let you know.

If you do not receive a notification about this matter, all the items ordered will be shipped according to the shipping method you chose when you completed your online order.

Limits

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed on our website. We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or for the same account, the same credit card and/or orders that have the same billing and/or delivery address. In the case of a modification or cancellation of an order, we will contact you by email and/or billing address and/or telephone number provided at the time the order is placed. We reserve the right to limit or cancel orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors or were made simultaneously due to a technical problem.

Order Cancellation or Modification

If you want to cancel or modify your order once the transaction is completed, you must contact us as soon as possible, either by email at customerservice@sourismini.com or by telephone at 1-800-611-1012, #300. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process. Please see our exchange or return of merchandise policy for more information.

Please note that if you cancel an item that gave you the right to a promotion , special discount or free delivery,  you may no longer be eligible for this promotion or discount.

Multiple Shipping Addresses

You can only pick one shipping address per order. If you are shopping for people with different addresses, you must place each order separately. 

Billing

An invoice will be sent to the email address provided when you place your order. A summary of the conditions of your online purchase will be listed. An invoice will be included in the shipping package. In the case that the name and delivery address differ from the name and billing address, a gift invoice (an invoice without prices) will be included in the shipped package.

Price

Unless otherwise stated, the prices listed on our website are the same as in our stores in Canada and are expressed in Canadian dollars.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Products and services are always billed on the basis of the rates in effect at the time of the registration of the online purchase order.

Payment

Accepted Payment Methods

The following methods of payment are accepted at the online store:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • PayPal
  • Souris Mini gift card

For safety reasons and to prevent fraud, purchases made by credit card on this website will be accepted only if the name and billing address match the name of the purchaser’s credit card and the address indicated on their credit card account. If the information does not match, your order will be denied, even if the transaction has been pre-approved by your financial institution. In this case, we will not request a final payment authorization and you will not be charged for the transaction.

Internet Payment Solution with Visa/Mastercard

During the payment process, if you choose to pay by Visa or MasterCard, the payment will be pre-authorized on the Desjardins secure site. Please note that we do not have access to, and do not store any data from any transaction involving credit information. The only information obtained is the result of the transaction.

In the case of unavailability of certain products or all products ordered online, we will deduct the amount of the value of products that are unavailable prior to process the final payment authorization. 

PayPal Internet Payment Solution

During the payment process, if you choose to pay by PayPal, you will be redirected to PayPal Internet payment solution directly on the PayPal secure site. The payment will be pre-authorized on the PayPal secure site. Please note that we do not have access to, and do not store any data from any transaction involving credit information. The only information obtained is the result of the transaction.

PayPal will automatically send you a record of the payment transaction to the email address provided in your online order, whether the transaction is completed or not.

In the case of unavailability of certain products or all products ordered online, we will deduct the amount of the value of products that are unavailable prior to process the final payment authorization.

Note that when a user creates a PayPal account for the first time, there is a possibility that the service does not allow the payment to be processed immediately and a waiting period of between ten (10) to fifteen (15) working days may be required. This situation creates an additional delay to process your order. It will only be sent when PayPal allows us to finalize the payment.

Souris Mini Gift Card

During the payment process, you can pay using a Souris Mini gift card only if it has an “Online Store Security Code” on the back. This security code should be provided when prompted to enter the payment information, so that payment using a gift card is accepted. We reserve the right to refuse any gift card that is reported lost or stolen by the original owner of the said gift card. In addition, if you enter your gift card and you do not complete your transaction or it is not accepted, a period of 24 hours will be applicable to resume using your gift card on a new order. If this problem persists, please contact the online store at 1-800-611-1012 ext. 300.

Taxes

Taxes applied to your order meet the applicable rates in accordance with federal and provincial tax laws, depending on the shipping address associated with your order. If applicable, taxes will be applied to shipping and handling fees.

If you return an item for refund, the taxes you paid for this item you will be reimbursed. However, you will not be reimbursed for taxes paid on the shipping and handling fees of this product, as these charges are not refundable once the package is mailed.

Shipping and Handling Fees

Shipping and handling fees don’t apply to orders of $100 or more, before taxes. Otherwise, the flat rate standard delivery is $9.95. There are no shipping and handling fees for gift card purchases.

Shipping and Billing Address

You may ship your order to your house, to your office and even at a friend’s or family member’s house. P.O. Boxes are not accepted.

For US Orders:

A $15 flat-fee shipping applies to all US order. US flat-fee shipping does not apply to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO addresses and the Virgin Islands. Please contact us for shipping rates.

There are no import duties and taxes charged to your order.

Free In-Store Pickup When you Spend $20 or More (Not Valid on US Orders)

The store pickup option is available through the online store, free of shipping and handling fees for all orders of $20 and more, before taxes. For orders under $20 before taxes, a $9.95 flat-fee will automatically be charged, plus applicable taxes, if applicable. This option is offered to all customers at checkout. As for the shipping option, you may select the store location to pick up your order. Please wait for the email confirmation before going to the store for pickup.

Orders are held for 15 days only from the day the sales consultant contacts you for pickup. After 15 days, merchandise is returned and your card credited for the purchase price of the items. 

Multiple Shipments

For orders that need to be split into multiple boxes or shipments, we will charge the shipping and handling fees only to the first package. There will be no additional shipping and handling fees charged to other shipping packages associated with a single order.

For US orders, if your shipment is being delayed due to an out-of-stock item, we will send you email as soon as possible.

Shipping Times

Most in-stock items generally arrive within 5 to 10 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Please allow up to 12 business days for shipping to remote areas. 

For US Orders:

Items usually ships within 5 to 15 business (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) days depending on the shipping address.

Orders are shipped Canada Post/USPS within the USA. Once your order ships, Canada Post will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order via the Canada Post website.

Carrier

Orders are shipped across Canada through Canada Post.

Canada Post will leave the package at your nearest post office if nobody is home at the time of delivery. In this case, a notice card will be placed in your mailbox with the necessary information to collect your package. No signature is required upon delivery to the address on the purchase order, but a valid photo ID is required at the post office to pick up your package.

For US Orders:

Orders are shipped Canada Post/USPS within the USA. 

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, Canada Post will send an email with a tracking number.

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping at the moment.

Risk of Loss and Transfer of Ownership

All items purchased through the website are subject to a shipping contract, which means that we assume the risk of loss of items ordered as soon as we hand them over to the transporter. The ownership of these articles is transferred to you when you take possession of the package, either at the delivery address provided when you placed your orders or at a Canada Post drop-off location, and is authenticated by the Canada Post delivery date. However, for an in store pickup, the ownership of these items is transferred to you when you take possession of the package at the store.

When exchanging or returning items through the mail, we assume the risk of loss of returned items as soon as you hand the package over to Canada Post, according to the guidelines described in the exchange or return of merchandise section below. The ownership of these articles is then transferred to Souris Mini when Canada Post takes possession of the package. In the event that the guidelines described in the exchange or return of merchandise section below are not followed, you then assume the risk of loss until we receive the package, at which time Souris Mini takes possession of the said merchandise.

EXCHANGE OR RETURN OF MERCHANDISE

Exchange or return by mail

Items purchased online can be exchanged within thirty (30) days or returned within fifteen (15) days following the date of receipt of your order by mail, provided the merchandise is returned in its original condition, not washed, not worn, not altered, with its price tag and in its original packaging.

A defective item purchased online will be exchanged within thirty (30) days or refunded within fifteen (15) days following the date of receipt of your order by mail, provided the merchandise is returned in its original condition, not washed, not worn, not altered, with its price tag and in its original packaging. Souris Mini will pay the shipping costs for the return of a defective product. The new item will be returned without shipping and handling charges.

For any exchange or return request sent by mail, please refer to the exchange and return by email policy below. Upon receipt of your email, Souris Mini will send you a return label with the new item's shipping information. You must print and affix to the return package and drop off at a Canada Post counter. We will not refund shipping costs if you return a package in any other manner than the one stated above.

For an exchange, we will contact you to confirm the availability of the requested item and details about the delivery. The exchanged item will be shipped without shipping and handling charges. For an exchange made within 15 days, if the price of the new item is lower, we will credit the amount you are entitled to using the original payment method upon receipt of the returned merchandise. If the price is higher, we will ask you for the necessary information to charge you the price difference.

For a refund, we will credit the amount using the same payment method used for the initial online purchase. The amount credited does not include shipping and handling fees and applicable taxes on this amount, if any, included in the initial online order charge. These costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Be sure to send merchandise exchanges or returns to the following address. You should have received a confirmation from us, as well as a return label from Canada Post.

For US orders:

You may return your order of $24.95 or more (excluding shipping and handling fees) if it meets our exchange and return policy.

You may return your entire order or part it for a refund within 15 days from ship date. Items must be returned in a fully resalable condition, which means being unused and in the original packaging with tags attached and original receipt.

To do so, you have to fill out the return request before shipping the order back. Please refer to the exchange and return policy below. Upon receipt of your email, Souris Mini will send you a return label with the item's shipping information. You must print and affix it to the return package and leave it at a USPS drop-off location. Souris Mini will not refund shipping costs for returned packages sent in any other manner than the one stated above.

If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return your purchase at a $5 flat-fee and place a new order.

Souris Mini reserves the right to refuse returns.

Final Sale Items & Exclusions

Any item that is marked down more than 50% off is considered a final sale, and as such, cannot be exchanged or refunded. Any item marked down by less than 50% to which an additional rebate is applied can only be exchanged.

Please note that purchases made in a store must be exchanged or refunded in a store. No exchanges or refunds will be processed by mail. Return or exchange of items purchased online can be processed by mail or in store.

For reasons of hygiene, underwear cannot be exchanged or refunded. All styles in the swimwear collection can be exchanged or refunded but only providing that the price tag is still attached and the protective hygienic liner is intact. 

Price Adjustment

Please note that no price adjustments will be given for online purchases. The return policy prevails. At Souris Mini, the price adjustment policy is applicable only on regular priced items that have been permanently marked down. Price adjustments requests must be made at a Souris Mini store within 7 days following the initial purchase date, upon presentation of the original sales stub. No price adjustments will be given by phone. No price adjustments will be given during or after events or temporary promotions such as The Black Week-EndVIP EventChic journées or other. Souris Mini cannot be held liable for national holidays or closed days.

Contests and Promotions

Unless otherwise indicated, all contests and promotions displayed on our website are also in effect in Souris Mini stores in Canada.

Modification of Information on the Website

The dates of offers, prices and availability of items on our website may change without notice. We work tirelessly to display an accurate inventory. It is possible that an item, size or colour is missing from the inventory at the time your online order is processed. For this reason, it is possible that an order is canceled or an item cannot be delivered.

While we strive to display accurate information, we reserve the right to revise the price or description of an item inaccurate and to cancel or refuse an order with a such inaccurate price or description.
